Age Group: Middle schoolers and high schoolers, age 11-19

Description: Join Dr. Parker and other teenagers for an interactive discussion and hands-on activities to help you reach your health and wellness goals.

Information for Parents: Group visits for this age group are drop-off events. Due to limited space in our waiting room, we ask that you bring your child to Parker Place at 3:00 and pick them up at 4:30. You will be provided with a detailed summary of the topics covered in the group visit, so that you can support your child’s continued progress at home!

Cost: If your child is covered by a health insurance plan that is accepted by Parker Place, group visits (up to one per month) will be billed to your insurer. Your standard co-pay, if applicable, will be collected when you drop off your child for the visit.

Registration: You can sign up your child for an upcoming visit by completing the form below. A member of our staff will email or call you to confirm your child’s registration and answer any additional questions you may have.
