Parker Place now accepts online bookings for medical appointments in pediatric endocrinology and lifestyle medicine! Before scheduling an appointment, please read the guidelines below, then scroll to the bottom of the page to continue!
WHICH PROVIDER SHOULD I CHOOSE?
We currently have two wonderful providers accepting new patients here at Parker Place. Please select a provider based on the primary reason for your/your child’s visit:
Jeannine Mogavero, MD - Lifestyle Medicine:
Weight management (overweight/underweight)
Rapid weight gain or loss
Pre-diabetes/elevated A1c
High cholesterol
High triglycerides
High blood pressure
Elevated liver enzymes
Chronic constipation
Sarma Givens, DNP, CRNP - Pediatric Endocrinology:
All lifestyle medicine concerns listed on this page
Thyroid problems
Abnormal periods
Hypoglycemia
PCOS
Early puberty (body hair, breast growth, etc)
Other hormonal concerns
Other symptoms suggestive of an endocrine condition (fatigue, dizziness, temperature dysregulation)
Note: If you/your child are coming for a reason not listed above (including short stature/growth concerns), please do not schedule an appointment online, and instead contact our office directly (text is the fastest way to reach us) at 410-844-8998 so our staff can assist you!
If you were referred to Dr. Elizabeth Parker: Currently, Dr. Parker is not accepting new patients. However, as our practice’s Medical Director, she works collaboratively with all of our providers as part of our integrated multi-disciplinary approach to medicine. If a patient’s exam and/or test results indicate a condition that necessitates Dr. Parker’s involvement, she will be available for follow-up care.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Our staff will review all online appointment bookings to ensure the appropriate appointment type and provider have been selected. We will contact you if any changes need to be made. (Please note: the appointment slots listed reflect our schedule in real time, and there is typically a wait of anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months. We will notify you by text and email if any slots become available sooner due to cancellations!)
Established patients should schedule with their usual provider here at Parker Place, unless directed otherwise by a clinician or staff member. If you have any concerns or wish to change providers, please contact our office so we can help. Patients of Dr. Elizabeth Parker should contact the office for scheduling options.
Appointments cannot be canceled online. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact our office via text or phone at 410-844-8998.
APPOINTMENTS FOR OTHER SERVICES
At the current time, the only appointments that can be scheduled online are for pediatric endocrinology and lifestyle medicine. If you are interested in occupational therapy or counseling, please text or call our office directly and we will be happy to assist you!
