Counseling

Dr. Palmiotto is not in network with any insurances; all services must be paid out-of-pocket.

Self-Pay Rates for All Services

If your insurance carrier is not listed above, or if you prefer to have your child treated without going through insurance, we also accept patients for reasonably priced self-pay care. Our self-pay rates are as follows:

Pediatric Endocrinology & Lifestyle Medicine:

  • New patient appointments: $275

  • Follow-up appointments: $150

Developmental Pediatrics:

  • Evaluation/testing: $425 per session

  • New developmental pediatric consultation only: $200

  • Follow-up appointments for developmental pediatrics: $200

  • Follow-up appointments for ADHD medication management: $95

Occupational Therapy/Feeding Therapy

  • OT evaluations (new clients): $320

  • Follow-up occupational therapy sessions: $160

Counseling:

  • Individual/family counseling: $150 per session

  • Psychoeducational assessments: $250 per hour (approx. 10-15 hours)

We are happy to provide you with a superbill with all of the information needed to help you submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement if you so desire. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed - we recommend you contact your insurance company to verify your out-of-network benefits before scheduling an appointment! Payment Methods

For all payments, we accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Payment is due when services are rendered.
