“I can’t say enough about the care and attention we have received with Dr. Parker and Jennifer (office manager) and this was just an initial visit. We were seeing a doctor at a major hospital prior to this and though also excellent the large institution was not at all the same. From the moment I called to inquire about an appointment I felt like I was a unique individual speaking with an actual person who took the time to care about what I was saying. Not only did Jennifer treat me with understanding and compassion, both she and Dr Parker provided guidance before we even had an initial appointment. They hadn’t received one cent from us (or our insurance). Where do you get that these days? When we did have our visit I found the same to be true of the reception and Dr Parker herself. I felt listened to, heard, all questions were answered, she treated me and my child with calm, steady patience. She spoke to us both as people whose voices mattered. “I can't say enough good things about Parker Place. My son's pediatrician referred us to them when he was diagnosed with prediabetes and high cholesterol. After working with Dr. Mogavero for one year my son's A1c is down and he is no longer prediabetic . His cholesterol is also normal now. Additionally he has lost weight and his BMI is now in a normal range. Dr. Mogavero has really helped us to develop healthy habits that my son will have for a lifetime. The front desk staff is always so pleasant and helpful.”
