Age Group: Elementary schoolers, ages 6-11

Description: Join Dr. Parker and other families with kids your age for an interactive discussion and hands-on activities to help you reach your health and wellness goals.

Information for Parents: For group visits for kids this age, we ask that you (or another parent or caregiver) participate in the visit alongside your child.

Cost: If your child is covered by a health insurance plan that is accepted by Parker Place, group visits (up to one per month) will be billed to your insurer. Your standard co-pay, if applicable, will be collected when you drop off your child for the visit.

Registration: You can sign up your child for an upcoming visit by completing the form below. A member of our staff will email or call you to confirm your child’s registration and answer any additional questions you may have.

My child is a current lifestyle medicine patient at Parker Place and has been seen at least once in an individual appointment with Elizabeth Parker, MD and/or Heide Ruegg, CPNP.
