GIVING TREE WISH LIST

FAMILY #24:

 

Thank you for your generous offer to “adopt” this Receiving Family! Remember, we are only requesting that you purchase toys/gifts for the children in the family (please provide the same number of gifts, and/or the same approximate value of gifts, for each child!). Providing additional clothing, parent/caregiver gifts, and/or a gift card for groceries/necessities are completely optional, and may be purchased at your discretion and as your budget allows!

 

CHILD #1: M.D., gIRL, AGE 14

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. Visa gift card

  2. Lashes set

  3. Lip gloss set (or other makeup set)

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing:

  • The clothing items I most need are a winter coat in women’s size XL and boots in women’s size 9, as well as socks.

My parent/caregiver wanted you to know this about me:

  • “M. is struggling with her self-esteem as she’s being bullied in school. We’re hoping to build her confidence and boost her esteem to liking herself.”

CHILD #2: M.S., BOY, AGE 1

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. A walker and/or any pull toy without small removable pieces

  2. Baby drum set (if possible)

  3. A little potty

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing:

  • The clothing items I most need are diapers in size 4-5, a winter jacket in size 18M, and winter boots in toddlers’ size 4. I also need a Vicks plug-in vaporizer for winter colds.

My parent/caregiver wanted you to know this about me:

  • “M. is a happy baby boy who loves to play. Most of his lil toys end up in his mouth, so hard plastic is best to help prevent accidents. Thank you so much.”

OPTIONAL ITEMS & INFORMATION

If a Giving Family wishes to provide a gift for the parents/caregivers, we would most appreciate the following:

  • Parent/Caregiver #1 (A.P., female): “Gift card for grocery store please so we can have Christmas dinner.”

If we were to receive a gift card for groceries or necessities, the following stores are most accessible to our family:

  • Giant

  • BJ’s

  • Target

  • Ross

Additional message from the family: “We're a family of 3 who often struggle to make ends meet. I try very hard to provide for my 2 children and sometimes fall short BUT still very grateful for my children.”

NOTES FOR GIVING FAMILY:

  • Please remember to bring your gifts to our office no later than 5:00pm on Monday, December 16th!

  • Gifts should be unwrapped; however, donations of wrapping paper, gift bags, etc. are always appreciated!
