Meet Our Team

NOEL JOHNS, BSN, RN, CLINICAL COORDINATOR

As our Clinical Coordinator, Noel Johns works closely with Dr. Parker and our administrative team to address clinical questions, ensure providers are prepared for new patient visits with records and diagnostic results, request prior authorizations and prescription refills, and more.

Noel began her nursing career in 2014 at the University of Virginia Medical Center in the Thoracic Cardiovascular Post-Operative ICU. After several years, she transitioned to travel nursing, working in interventional radiology and ICUs in Norfolk, Virginia, and Colorado Springs, Colorado. In 2018, she and her husband moved overseas, where she served as the WIC Program Coordinator at the US Naval Base in Bahrain, inspiring her to pursue a Family Nurse Practitioner degree. After Bahrain, they relocated to Bogotá, Colombia, where Noel studied Spanish and volunteered with a local pediatrician.

Upon returning to the U.S., Noel shadowed Dr. Mogavero as a nurse practitioner student, where she was deeply inspired by the staff and the impactful work at Parker Place. Motivated by this experience, she joined the team while finishing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree.

Noel enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, exercising, and spending time with her husband and two children.
