GABY CASTRO, FRONT OFFICE AdMINISTRATOR

Gaby Castro joined the Parker Place team in the spring of 2020 as a part-time office assistant, and shortly thereafter was promoted to a full-time role as our Front Office Coordinator. In early 2024, Gaby was promoted again to the newly-created position of Office Administrator, with her primary responsibilities including overseeing our front desk operations and staff. Gaby’s top priority is providing an extraordinary service experience to our patients and their families, and her welcoming presence is something you’ll notice as soon as you visit our office. A fluent Spanish speaker, Gaby is a certified medical interpreter, making her a valuable resource for our growing community of Spanish-speaking families. She also contributes to Parker Place in the areas of clinical support, billing, marketing, and more.

Before accepting a position at Parker Place, Gaby worked as a medical receptionist for a physical therapy practice in Riverdale Park, and brings a diverse skill set in customer service and office operations. She holds certifications in CPR, AED and first aid for infants, adults and children. Gaby’s passion for helping others is something she gets to pursue daily here at Parker Place, and she absolutely loves working with children!

Gaby was born in El Salvador and has lived in Maryland for 19 years. She currently resides in Lanham, where she is the proud parent of a beautiful baby girl (plus three dogs and a Holland lop bunny!) She is also a frequent volunteer at her youngest sister’s school and helps out with after school programs.
