Thank you for your generous offer to “adopt” this Receiving Family! Remember, we are only requesting that you purchase toys/gifts for the children in the family (please provide the same number of gifts, and/or the same approximate value of gifts, for each child!). Providing additional clothing, parent/caregiver gifts, and/or a gift card for groceries/necessities are completely optional, and may be purchased at your discretion and as your budget allows!

 

CHILD #1: J.D.J., BOY, AGE 17

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. Xbox gift card

  2. Xbox Ultimate Game Pass

  3. DoorDash gift card

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing:

  • The clothing items I most need are earmuffs, warm gloves, and a warm scarf; ankle socks, boxer briefs in men’s size Large, and white t-shirts in men’s size XL.

My parent/caregiver wanted you to know this about me: “Favorite color is navy blue, plays Xbox and loves Roku and Netflix. Netflix, Roku TV & Xbox gift cards would be ideal gifts for him.”

CHILD #2: A.M.S., GIRL, AGE 15

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. Google Play gift card

  2. Ethnic hair care products (shampoo, conditioner, curl cream/serum)

  3. Bed for my dog

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing:

  • The clothing items I most need are underwear, leggings, and t-shirts all in women’s size 2XL, and sports bras in women’s size Large.

My parent/caregiver wanted you to know this about me: “Favorite colors are royal blue, gray and pink, very girly, artist, loves to draw, always in need of sketch pads!”

OPTIONAL ITEMS & INFORMATION

If we were to receive a gift card for groceries or necessities, the following stores are most accessible to our family:

  • Aldi

  • Wal-Mart

  • Giant

NOTES FOR GIVING FAMILY:

  • Please remember to bring your gifts to our office no later than 5:00pm on Monday, December 16th!

  • Gifts should be unwrapped; however, donations of wrapping paper, gift bags, etc. are always appreciated!
