Thank you for your generous offer to “adopt” this Receiving Family! Remember, we are only requesting that you purchase toys/gifts for the children in the family (please provide the same number of gifts, and/or the same approximate value of gifts, for each child!). Providing additional clothing, parent/caregiver gifts, and/or a gift card for groceries/necessities are completely optional, and may be purchased at your discretion and as your budget allows!

 

CHILD #1: L.S., BOY, AGE 10

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. Ravens jersey in men’s size Large

  2. Roblox gift card

  3. Plushie/stuffed animal

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing:

  • The clothing item I most need is pajamas in men’s size Large.

My parent/caregiver wanted you to know this about me:

  • I love Baby Yoda, the Ravens, and plushies.

CHILD #2: A.S., GIRL, INFANT (18 MONTHS)

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. Tablet-type toy

  2. Baby doll

  3. Sensory toys

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing:

  • The clothing items I most need are a red jacket in size 2T, warm socks, and diapers in size 7.

My parent/caregiver wanted you to know this about me:

  • I love Baby Yoda, the Ravens, and plushies.

OPTIONAL ITEMS & INFORMATION

If a Giving Family wishes to provide a gift for the parents/caregivers, we would most appreciate:

  •  Parent/Caregiver #1 (H.H., male): Electric heater

  • Parent/Caregiver #2 (A.L.S., female): Air fryer

If we were to receive a gift card for groceries or necessities, the following stores are most accessible to our family:

  • Wal-Mart

Additional message from the family: “Our daughter has Down syndrome and we have been dealing with unemployment.”

NOTES FOR GIVING FAMILY:

  • Please remember to bring your gifts to our office no later than 5:00pm on Monday, December 16th!

  • Gifts should be unwrapped; however, donations of wrapping paper, gift bags, etc. are always appreciated!
