Thank you for your generous offer to “adopt” this Receiving Family! Remember, we are only requesting that you purchase toys/gifts for the children in the family (please provide the same number of gifts, and/or the same approximate value of gifts, for each child!). Providing additional clothing, parent/caregiver gifts, and/or a gift card for groceries/necessities are completely optional, and may be purchased at your discretion and as your budget allows!

 

CHILD #1: S.A.D., BOY, AGE 14

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. Boxing gloves

  2. Mega Kaboom science kit on Amazon

  3. Gaming headset

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing:

  • The clothing items I most need are long-sleeved shirts for winter in men’s size XL.

My parent/caregiver wanted you to know this about me:

  • I am both blind and autistic. I love cats and huskies, and video games!

CHILD #2: J.L.M., GIRL, AGE 11

3 gifts I would love to receive for Christmas:

  1. Craft kit for jewelry making/beading or bath bomb making

  2. DIY diary kit

  3. Sky dancer flying fairy

If a Giving Family wanted to provide clothing:

  • The clothing items I most need is a winter coat in girls’ size 10/12.

My parent/caregiver wanted you to know this about me:

  • I love crafts and my favorite colors are blue and green!

OPTIONAL ITEMS & INFORMATION

If a Giving Family wishes to provide a gift for the parents/caregivers, we would most appreciate the following:

  • Parent/Caregiver #1 (S.D.H., female): Candles, canning supplies (jars)

  • Parent/Caregiver #2 (C.L.M., male): Siphon pump for large fish tank

If we were to receive a gift card for groceries or necessities, the following stores are most accessible to our family:

  • Aldi

  • Wal-Mart

  • Food Lion

NOTES FOR GIVING FAMILY:

  • Please remember to bring your gifts to our office no later than 5:00pm on Monday, December 16th!

  • Gifts should be unwrapped; however, donations of wrapping paper, gift bags, etc. are always appreciated!
